  • Orders are placed at 2:00 pm everyday. If you place an order after 2:00 pm on a given day, it will be placed the following day.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

  • Please be advised that prices of some items in our database might be old and need to be updated. We will put the correct price on your invoice, which you can check online.

  • Frozen items are shipped overnight (when available), and dry items are shipped by ground carrier to arrive in about 3-5 working days. Orders for non-stocked items should be placed before 2:00 p.m. to arrive within 2 days*.

  • You never pay more than the list price. In fact, we offer many items at a considerable discount from the list price. NO SHIPPING CHARGES!

  • Payments are processed in Workday through the internal service deliveries (ISD) after the designated approver in your department approves the billing

  • You will be notified by email when your order has arrived. You may view your order status on your Dashboard.
