Where can I find the Instructions to Fill the IDRs?

Should I fill the IDR or the Core Lab does?
*All IDRs need to be filled out in its entirety by the customer.

The Financial Advisor Should sign the IDR?
Yes, please make sure your department's financial advisor has signed off on the IDRs.

Can I pick up without and IDR?
No, in order to Pick up you need the IDR. (NO Exceptions).

Where can I find Roche?

Roche is now available through Sigma-Aldrich.
 

Who are the Vendors that we can buy from?
Many items are stocked and are available immediately. We buy from the companies listed below and will add items to our stock lists as the demand increases or by special request from our customers: Biorad, Thermo-Fisher (Life-Technologies, InVitrogen), New England Biolabs, Promega, Qiagen, Sigma-Aldrich (Roche), Stratagene-Agilent, Custom Oligonucleotides (from Sigma)

 

Does the CoreLab accepts returns?
We DO NOT accept returns.

 

How does it work?

  • When you create a New Account you have to submit your email address. You will then receive an email to set up your account with a password. If you forget your password click on Request a New Password.

  • Easy to order - A signed Interdepartmental Requisition form (IDR) is all you need when you pick up your ordered items.

  • If you place orders for several different labs, you need to change the PI name that is associated with your profile. To change it, click on My Account and use the Edit tab. Then change the PI name and save your edit.

  • We can order any item from the above companies' catalogs for you.

  • Most items are in our database and can be searched by entering the name or catalog number. Make sure you do not include spaces before or after your search string! Please try this before you enter New Product!

  • If the item is not yet in our database, please click on New Product and then enter name, supplier, catalog number and price. We will then add it to our database. Please try to search for the item in our database before you click New Product!

  • When ordering oligos, please limit the oligo name to 30 characters. Please also note that a scale of 0.025 uM can only be used for oligos that contain fewer than 50 bases.

  • Please be advised that prices of some items in our database might be old and need to be updated. We will put the correct price on your invoice, which you can check online.

  • Frozen items are shipped overnight, and dry items are shipped by ground carrier to arrive in about 3-5 working days. Orders for non-stocked items should be placed before 2:00 p.m. to arrive within 2 days*.

  • You never pay more than the list price. In fact, we offer many items at a considerable discount from the list price. NO SHIPPING CHARGES!

  • You will be notified by email when your order has arrived. You may also click on MyAccount and view your order status.
